The Boost Philosophy  We seek to advance the mind, body, and spirit of the individual.  Most training regimens train athletes in a one dimensional capacity, while the sport they play is multidimensional.  Boost training methods use multi-plane and multi-joint movements, which is truly functional and synergistic.  Boost methods do not focus on individual parts in training, rather our program designs are based on how the parts function together as a whole.  We base our training on the following principles:

Postural alignment and dynamic balance

Train strength before strength endurance

Train MOVEMENT, not muscles

Train fundamental movement skills before sport specific skills

Train Core strength before extremity strength

Train body weight before external resistance

Train joint integrity before joint mobility

Train speed before train speed endurance

Boost Sports Performance currently offers open group SAQ sessions, Group Vertical Jump and Explosive Movement sessions, private and small group training and team training sessions.
